How is your wellbeing?
In a world where you can find many ways to measure your health, blood-sugar, prostate levels, we reckon that it is your level of personal wellbeing that affects them all.
Wellbeing is simply how you feel about who you are and this affects how you eat, sleep, exercise, communicate, drive the car, spend money, relate to others, etc.
Your wellbeing as a man is central to all aspects of your life and this is the focus of Mens Wellbeing.
Mens Wellbeing was founded 20 years ago as the Men’s Health and Wellbeing Association of Queensland, after several men already involved in men’s personal growth work noted the deep lack of Government or community resources for men.
Totally self-funded and incorporated as a not-for-profit community association, it has since grown to have a current active membership base of over 350. It is steered by a voluntary management committee and employs a part-time administrator.
