What is the FAC? We are the individual volunteers, citizen lobbyists, and voices of those affected by eating disorders in the United States. You know the Eating Disorders Coalition as a group of organizations involved with eating disorders, but may not know that by joining the FAC you become part of the largest group within the EDC: the FAC adds the collective voice and energy of individuals.

 What do FAC members do? We tell EDC what policies and legislation matter to us. FAC members answer EDC’s action alerts by writing letters and calling their congress members at critical times. FAC members answer calls for contributions and donations. EDC draws on FAC volunteers to attend EDC Lobby Days and Congressional Briefings and other events.
