North Metro REIA Sub-Groups
Our Geographic sub-groups are designed to provide the local networking opportunities that are lost in larger groups. These meetings are open to both members and non-members.
If you or a friend are interested in starting a sub-group please email Buddy Corbin at info@northmetroreia.com. Check our calendar for upcoming sub-groups and other events.
Starting a Geographic sub-group is a great way to start a network with other investors and enjoy all of the benefits that networking offers.

Below are a few of the ways North Metro REIA assists their sub-group leaders:
1. Annual membership to the sub-group leader. A sub-group leader gets all of the benefits of a volunteer including half price at all Saturday workshops, free meal at the regular meeting and an invitation to the semi-annual volunteer events.
2. Promote your sub group in all emails – we currently have over 8300 emails on our list.
3. Promote your sub group on our web page – This page is dedicated to promoting our sub groups – we post all sub group meeting details and speakers here. We are now averaging 400-500 different visitors a week to our web site.
4. Add your sub group to our calendar.
5. Promote your sub group on the overhead at the monthly meetings.
6. Promote your sub group in an announcement at every meeting.
We are up to 280 annual members in only 10 months so I think this is a good venue to promote a meeting!
If you are interested in starting a geographic sub-group, we will need the following information:
1. Sub-group leader bio and picture.
2. Sub-group leader’s investment experience and resume if not included in bio.
3. The purpose of the sub-group.

Alpharetta Sub-Group

Meet: The 2nd Tuesday at Noon
Meeting Agenda: Short education presentation on a topic of interest, and then a discussion with individual introductions similar to the "haves and wants" meeting on Thursday at 5 Seasons Brewery.

Haves and Wants Meeting a weekly Round-Table

This is an excellent way to find transactions, money or ideas you may need or need to place. If you have Commercial or Residential property that you want to sell, partner, get financed, lease or simply gain a fresh perspective on then please be sure to attend. If you're looking to buy, partner, lend or lease then you should plan on attending as well.

Women's Only Subgroup
Ladies,
Come join us for our first "women's only" sub group. We will be covering a wide range of topics important to women in investing.

We believe all women, no matter what age, or level of experience, bring something different and unique through our diverse life experiences.
