FREE DEAL ANALYSIS TOOL
The Northeast REIA provides this tool for Friends of the REIA and NEREIA Members. You can use this tool to know what to say to sellers and more quickly weed out those sellers who are not really motivated to sell.
Once the form is filled out in it's entirety you can fax it into our office and one of our Transaction Engineering Experts will review it and get back to you with an analysis.
Instructions for use of the
Prospect-Suspect lead form;
1. Print the form and keep it near the phone for your use
when a lead contacts you.
2. Start from the bottom up. Use the bottom part of the
form to keep the conversation going and build a
relationship with the caller.
3. Items marked with “?” are REQUIRED.
4. WRITE LEGIBLY AND CLEANLY
5. When the form is completely finished fax it to

6. Note: Incomplete forms will be ignored! Remember, if
the homeowner is not willing to share that info with
you they are a SUSPECT, not a Prospect.
7. We normally respond to all correctly completed P-S
Lead sheets within 48 hours during regular business
hours.
8. We need a valid fax number to reply to. If you do not
have a fax (which you really should) then please go to
your local office services store and ask them for their
fax number. The fee is nominal but well worth it for
the ability to have a fax number for your business.
HINTS: If the owner will not give you a selling price, they
are suspect. Get that number!
If the owner does not give you the mortgage info YOU
must get it.

structure a deal.
