Members may post a wholesale deal.  Members may post a property for sale if they have an equitable interest in the property.

  • In order to post a property on the listserve or website, the member must either own the property or have equitable interest in it meaning the member must have it under a contract which entitles only the member to take title to the property.
  • A realtor listing or birddog/referral agreement does not qualify the member as having equitable interest.

VERY IMPORTANT!!  When you post your property, the default category is "vehicle" so PLEASE double check that your category is the one you want, and not the default!
