One Roof Or Twenty?
(and other advantages of multi-family property)


It’s not only roofs, but furnaces, lawns, driveways and more that are multiplied when you compare investing in single family housing rather than multi-family housing.

There’s also savings in lower cost per unit, having only one place to travel and standardization of parts, (faucets all are the same for example.)

Isn’t there a problem in financing a multi-family property? Maybe not. Ralph and Judy Peterson will explain these advantages at the Investor’s Lunch. Ralph and Judy have been investing in real estate since 1976.
