Anthony Chara is a seasoned real estate investor who has been successfully investing since 1993. He turned to apartments full-time in 2004 and currently owns approximately 1600 apartment units around the country ranging in size from 31 units to 179 units. He set out to design and implement the best quality apartment investing training class in the market and has been teaching this since 2006 delivering superior technical training to both new and sophisticated real estate investors targeting commercial investing with an emphasis on apartment complexes. His techniques teach people how to become wealthy 'deliberately' using apartments to generate massive cash flow and 'forced' appreciation. Presently, he is managing partner of Apartment Mentors, LLC and founder of $uccess Classes, LLC. His focus now is to manage the property managers who oversee his properties, to allow him to continue to teach more students how to become just as, or more, successful than himself. Anthony still manages his SFRs, finds time to volunteer and support charities such as the American Red Cross, Denver Rescue Mission, Habitat for Humanity and the Wounded Warrior Project and finds he has a lot more time to spend with his family than he did in his 16 years working for a Fortune 500 company.
