Due to popular demand we have decided to create a brand new REAPS commercial group exclusive to REAPS Members only. If you have decided to take the plunge into commercial real estate, this may just be the group you have been looking for. This is going to be a round table format so open discussions are the norm and speakers are rare. Come prepared to share as much as you are prepared to learn. The discussions will be focused on multifamily, office, retail, mobile home parks, etc. Is the grass really greener with commercial? Our commercial group leader, Patrick Gergen, will answer with a definite YES!
