Our North End Meals N Deals meeting is hel d every other month on the 2nd Monday and are open to the public. You can register for them right here! Dinner is optional but we designed these meetings so you can come hungry and network with a smaller group of members who live in your community!
Our guest this month is Trish Williams. Trish Williams is the Managing Director of Clearview Venture Group, llc, she manages a nationwide multimillion dollar Real Estate portfolio. Both Private and bank funding has been utilized to leverage the group’s assets. Each property has a positive cash flow and planned exit strategy.

He got his real estate license in 1995 and his managing broker’s license in 2006. He joined REAPS in early 2011 and volunteered soon after. As North Meals N Deals MC, Bill regularly reviews the many REAPS benefits available with the group and strives to help them accomplish their real estate investing goals.
