Bonnie Bailey
- Investing 7 years
- Day Job: managing 30 rentals
- Special Designations: past REIN Board Member
- Loves: rentals and rehabs to keep or flip
- Investment Philosophy: using capital from a portfolio refinance to invest in more real estate and other areas.

Dale Hire
- Investing 25+ years
- Day Job: full-time investor
- Special Designations: REIN Board Member and 2002 President
- Loves: rehab to resell - over 160 properties flipped
- Investment Philosophy: Starting with no knowledge of real estate, he joined REIN, attended and networked at every available function and grew his knowlege. 

Jamie Frazier
- Investing 18 years
- Day Job: offering clean, safe, affordable housing to the community by fixing up disadvantaged neighborhoods
- Special Designations: specialist in group homes for people with disabilities
- Loves: creating cash flow
- Investment Philosophy: to acquire, rehabilitate real estate. Our goal is to establish a profitable portfolio of real estate that will provide pride to the clients we serve

Carol Plemons
- Investing 30+ years
- Day Job: owns a local EXIT Realty office
- Special Designations: Short Sale Specialist, residential, commercial, property management
- Loves: rentals and rehabs 
- Investment Philosophy: Real Estate made us able to achieve our goal of early retirement.  We have taken the PHP classes at REIN to grow our knowledge (and you should, too!)

John Weary
- Investing 40+ years
- Day Job: Estate Planning - long-term care, life and disability insurance, 401k plans, business insurance, and annuities.  
- Special Designations: Chartered Life Underwriter
- Loves: class D properties in class A or B neighborhoods; then renovate them to class B and raise the rent. 
- Investment Philosophy: finance for 30 years and apply all positive cash flow to paying down the mortgage, usually paying a 30-year mortgage off in 10 years.

Jerry Wimberly
- Invesing 35 years
- Day Job: retired from GM in 2015
- Special Designations: CPL, PHP
- Loves: buy and hold rentals (120 so far)
- Investment Philosophy: do the right thing and the cash will flow
