Real Estate Authors Discussion (READ) for Profit Program
DIG is fortunate to have a few members who have written books on Real Estate. The DIG Board thought it would be a great idea to take advantage of this terrific local knowledge. The authors, Marc Sherby, Marc Halpern and Don Beck, were contacted to see if they would be interested in hosting a READ for Profit program featuring their books. All thought it was a great idea and have agreed to moderate the sessions on their books. This new “READ” for Profit Program starts in February and will be held from 5:45 to 6:30 PM each month (same time as the Toolkit) before the monthly membership meetings. Members will have the opportunity to purchase the author’s book for $25 at all DIG meetings. Dates for each session will be noted in the newsletter. This will give everyone plenty of time to read the book and write down questions and comment.

DIG Marketplace
The DIG Marketplace is an opportunity for DIG members who have real estate to sell. Listings can be written up at the meetings and will be printed in the next several DIG newsletters. Even if your property is currently listed with a real estate broker, the exposure to over 1100 serious investors each month can be a better sales opportunity.
Market Update - by Kathy Gilmore
Kathy Gilmore will be providing an exciting new service for investors to help them with their planning and investing strategies. Kathy’s segment will provide a quarterly market briefing to help keep investors informed of the state of the market. Kathy will share statistics on current sales, average sale prices, days on market, available inventory, what areas are hot, and what’s not! Kathy will provide updates on a quarterly basis in January, April, July and October and will include input from active realtors and investors in the DIG market area to get snapshots of certain areas each quarter.New Feature at DIG Meetings!
